c11fc3491c ARM: iop13xx: make headers more local 
Some header files are never included outside of a mach-iop13xx
directory and do not need to be made visible in include/mach,
so let's just move them all down one level.

abf2ba152f ARM: iop13xx: use __iomem pointers for MMIO 
ARM is moving to stricter checks on readl/write functions,
so we need to use the correct types everywhere.

17d971e5dc ARM: iop13xx: move io.h externs to pci.h 
These variables are just needed in pci.c and io.c, so move them out of
io.h in preparation to remove io.h.
