b8fadb3964 ipmi: ssif_bmc: Convert to i2c's .probe_new()
The probe function doesn't make use of the i2c_device_id * parameter so it
can be trivially converted.

dd2bc5cc9e ipmi: ssif_bmc: Add SSIF BMC driver
The SMBus system interface (SSIF) IPMI BMC driver can be used to perform
in-band IPMI communication with their host in management (BMC) side.
