The only generic interface to execute asynchronously in the BH context is
tasklet; however, it's marked deprecated and has some design flaws. To
replace tasklets, BH workqueue support was recently added. A BH workqueue
behaves similarly to regular workqueues except that the queued work items
are executed in the BH context.
This patch converts backtracetest from tasklet to BH workqueue.
- Replace "irq" with "bh" in names and message to better reflect what's
happening.
- Replace completion usage with a flush_work() call.

This converts all the existing DECLARE_TASKLET() (and ...DISABLED)
macros with DECLARE_TASKLET_OLD() in preparation for refactoring the
tasklet callback type. All existing DECLARE_TASKLET() users had a "0"
data argument, it has been removed here as well.

On qemu, the backtrace would show up _after_ the "end of backtrace
testing" message.
This patch changes it to use completions instead, which will guarantee
that no such race exists.

This patch adds saved stack-traces to the backtrace suite of self-tests.
Note that we don't depend on or unconditionally enable CONFIG_STACKTRACE
because not all architectures may have it (and we still want to enable the
other tests for those architectures).

During the work on the x86 32 and 64 bit backtrace code I found it useful
to have a simple test module to test a process and irq context backtrace.
Since the existing backtrace code was buggy, I figure it might be useful
to have such a test module in the kernel so that maybe we can even
detect such bugs earlier..
