ce45b51ac4 [IA64] Fix using uninitialized data in _PDC setup 
Silly bug in _PDC data setup. Haven't seen any real side-effects of this one
yet. But, needs fixing regardless.

c82e6abfb3 [ACPI] IA64 ZX1 buildfix for _PDC patch

ZX1 config doesn't include cpufreq, so move move acpi-processor.c
up out of ia64/cpufreq directory.
