bf62221e9d drm/amd/display: Add DCN3.1 HDCP support
New DTM interface is V3 and we need to extend our existing support
to enable HDCP on DCN3.1.

Version the helpers and fallback to the older versions on failure
in the new interfaces.

49c4a8b6d9 drm/amd/display: fix typo
[why]
MOD_HDCP_STATUS_HDCP1_ENABLE_ENCRYPTION and
MOD_HDCP_STATUS_HDCP2_ENABLE_ENCRYPTION were supposed to be
MOD_HDCP_STATUS_HDCP1_ENABLE_ENCRYPTION_FAILURE and
MOD_HDCP_STATUS_HDCP2_ENABLE_ENCRYPTION_FAILURE. Because of this
it always seems like mod_hdcp_hdcp1_enable_encryption
and mod_hdcp_hdcp2_enable_encryption are always passing

[how]
rename the elements to what they were supposed to be called

46df9931e0 drm/amd/display: Add logging for HDCP2.2
[Why]
We need to log the state changes for 2.2
This patch extends the existing logging functions to handle
HDCP2.2.

[How]
We do this by adding if/else in the defines, and output the log
 based on the hdcp version

4c283fdac0 drm/amd/display: Add HDCP module
This module manages HDCP for amdgpu driver. The module behaves as a
state machine which handles the different authentication states of HDCP

The module is divided into 3 major components
+--------+
| Hdcp.c |
+--------+
Manages the state machine, sends the events to be executed and communicates
with the dm

+-----------+
|Execution.c|
+-----------+
This executes events based on the current state. Also generates
execution results as transition inputs

+------------+
|Transition.c|
+------------+
Decides the next state based on the input and makes requests to
hdcp.c to handle.
                                +-------------+
                        ------> | Execution.c | ------
