In preparation to enable -Wimplicit-fallthrough for Clang, fix multiple
warnings by explicitly using the fallthrough pseudo-keyword as a
replacement for a number of "fall through" markings.
Notice that Clang doesn't recognize "fall through" comments as
implicit fall-through.

Previously, we added checks that the contained MPDU size is long
enough, but really we should also check that the notification
itself fits into the data. Add some checks for that.
Also add unlikely() annotations on the previously added checks.

notification size itself is, validate this.

some data into the new space, introduce skb_put_data() for
this.

Somehow I missed this in my RX rate cleanup series, causing some
drivers to not report correct bandwidth since this flag isn't
used by mac80211 anymore. Fix this, and make hwsim also report
higher bandwidths appropriately.

This enum is already perfectly aliased to enum nl80211_band, and
the only reason for it is that we get IEEE80211_NUM_BANDS out of
it. There's no really good reason to not declare the number of
bands in nl80211 though, so do that and remove the cfg80211 one.

Sometimes drivers already looked up, or know out-of-band
from their device, which station transmitted a given RX
frame. Allow them to pass the station pointer to mac80211
to save the extra lookup.
