28e65edd73 watchdog: sprd_wdt: Remove redundant dev_err call in sprd_wdt_probe() 
There is a error message within devm_ioremap_resource
already, so remove the dev_err call to avoid redundant
error message.

3c578cd4bc watchdog: sprd_wdt: Fix error handling in sprd_wdt_enable() 
If clk_prepare_enable(wdt->rtc_enable) fails,
wdt->enable clock is left enabled.

Found by Linux Driver Verification project (linuxtesting.org).
