494975c9cc ARM: mediatek: clean up mach-mediatek/Makefile 
Kbuild descends into arch/arm/mach-mediatek/Makefile only when
CONFIG_ARCH_MEDIATEK is enabled.  So, obj-$(CONFIG_ARCH_MEDIATEK)
is always equivalent to obj-y in this Makefile.

f682a21854 arm: add basic support for Mediatek MT6589 boards 
This adds a generic devicetree board file and a dtsi for boards
based on MT6589 SoCs from Mediatek.

Apart from the generic parts (gic, clocks) the only component
currently supported are the timers.
