3f63572187 x86: Improve cmpxchg16b_emu.S 
- don't include unneeded headers
- don't open-code PER_CPU_VAR()
- drop redundant entry point label
- complete unwind annotations
- use .L prefix on local label to not clutter the symbol table

d7c3f8cee8 percpu: Omit segment prefix in the UP case for cmpxchg_double 
Omit the segment prefix in the UP case. GS is not used then
and we will generate segfaults if cmpxchg16b is used otherwise.

b9ec40af0e percpu, x86: Add arch-specific this_cpu_cmpxchg_double() support 
Support this_cpu_cmpxchg_double() using the cmpxchg16b and cmpxchg8b
instructions.

-tj: s/percpu_cmpxchg16b/percpu_cmpxchg16b_double/ for consistency and
     other cosmetic changes.
