29c354420e ipack: remove use of __devexit 
CONFIG_HOTPLUG is going away as an option so __devexit is no
longer needed.

05e5027efc Staging: ipack: move out of staging 
The ipack subsystem is cleaned up enough to now move out of the staging
tree, and into drivers/ipack.
