7ade8495dc powerpc: Remove Xilinx PPC405/PPC440 support
The latest Xilinx design tools called ISE and EDK has been released in
October 2013. New tool doesn't support any PPC405/PPC440 new designs.
These platforms are no longer supported and tested.

PowerPC 405/440 port is orphan from 2013 by
commit cdeb89943b ("MAINTAINERS: Fix incorrect status tag") and
commit 19624236cc ("MAINTAINERS: Update Grant's email address and maintainership")
that's why it is time to remove the support fot these platforms.

acef5e0165 powerpc/dts: Build virtex dtbs
I wanted to test the virtex440-ml507 qemu machine and found that the
dtb for it was not built.

All powerpc dtbs are only built when CONFIG_OF_ALL_DTBS is set which
depend on COMPILE_TEST.

This patch enables building of the virtex dtbs when
CONFIG_XILINX_VIRTEX440_GENERIC_BOARD is enabled.

27e88af4e9 powerpc: enable building all dtbs
Enable the 'dtbs' target for powerpc. This allows building all the dts
files in arch/powerpc/boot/dts/ when COMPILE_TEST and OF_ALL_DTBS are
enabled.

1acf1cf863 powerpc: build .dtb files in dts directory
Align powerpc with other architectures which build the dtb files in the
same directory as the dts files. This is also in line with most other
build targets which are located in the same directory as the source.
This move will help enable the 'dtbs' target which builds all the dtbs
regardless of kernel config.

This transition could break some scripts if they expect dtb files in the
old location.
