97c9bfe3f6 drm/aperture: Pass DRM driver structure instead of driver name
Print the name of the DRM driver when taking over fbdev devices. Makes
the output to dmesg more consistent. Note that the driver name is only
used for printing a string to the kernel log. No UAPI is affected by this
change.

651e7d4857 drm/i915: replace IS_GEN and friends with GRAPHICS_VER
This was done by the following semantic patch:

	@@ expression i915; @@
	- INTEL_GEN(i915)

	@@ expression i915; expression E; @@
	- INTEL_GEN(i915) >= E

	- !IS_GEN(dev_priv, E)
	+ GRAPHICS_VER(dev_priv) != E

	@@ expression dev_priv; expression E; @@
	- IS_GEN(dev_priv, E)
	+ GRAPHICS_VER(dev_priv) == E

	@@
	expression dev_priv;
	expression from, until;
	@@
	- IS_GEN_RANGE(dev_priv, from, until)
	+ IS_GRAPHICS_VER(dev_priv, from, until)

	@def@
	expression E;

	@@
	- id = GRAPHICS_VER(E)
	+ ver = GRAPHICS_VER(E)

	@@

It also takes care of renaming the variable we assign to GRAPHICS_VER()
so to use "ver" rather than "gen".

4d8151ae53 drm/i915: Don't free shared locks while shared
We are currently sharing the VM reservation locks across a number of
gem objects with page-table memory. Since TTM will individiualize the
reservation locks when freeing objects, including accessing the shared
locks, make sure that the shared locks are not freed until that is done.
For PPGTT we add an additional refcount, for GGTT we take additional
measures to make sure objects sharing the GGTT reservation lock are
freed at GGTT takedown

ebcb402989 drm/i915/uapi: introduce drm_i915_gem_create_ext
Same old gem_create but with now with extensions support. This is needed
to support various upcoming usecases.

v2:(Chris)
    - Use separate ioctl number for gem_create_ext, instead of hijacking
      the existing gem_create ioctl, otherwise we run into the issue
      with being unable to detect if the kernel supports the new extension
      behaviour.
    - We now have gem_create_ext.flags, which should be zeroed.
    - I915_GEM_CREATE_EXT_SETPARAM value is now zero, since this is the
      index into our array of extensions.
    - Setup a "vanilla" object which we can directly apply our extensions
      to.
v3:(Daniel & Jason)
    - drop I915_GEM_CREATE_EXT_SETPARAM. Instead just have each extension
      do one thing only, instead of generic setparam which can cover
      various use cases.
    - add some kernel-doc.

58e0d8a0f5 drm/i915: finish removal of gen_mask
Now that it's not used anywhere, remove it from struct
intel_device_info. To allow a period in which code will be converted to
the new macro, keep IS_GEN_RANGE() around, just redefining it to use
the new fields. The size advantage from IS_GEN_RANGE() using a mask is
not that big as it has pretty limited use througout the driver:

   text data bss dec hex filename

intel_gt_driver_register() may be called earlier than
intel_opregion_register() and acpi_video_register(), so move it up.

intel_display_debugfs_register() may be called later, together with the
other display-related initializations. There is a slight change in
behavior that sysfs files will show up before the display-related
debugfs files, but that shouldn't be a problem - userspace shouldn't be
relying in debugfs.

c864e9abaf drm/i915: Set rawclk earlier during mmio probe
Older platforms use rawclk to derive the CS clock. rawclk is being
determined during intel_device_info_init(), and so that needs to be
pushed slightly earlier.

b3304591f1 drm/i915/dp: Track pm_qos per connector
Since multiple connectors may run intel_dp_aux_xfer conncurrently, a
single global pm_qos does not suffice. (One connector may disable the
dma-latency boost prematurely while the second is still depending on
it.) Instead of a single global pm_qos, track the pm_qos request for
each intel_dp.

v2: Move the pm_qos setup/teardown to intel_dp_aux_init/fini

385fc38c1f drm/i915: Add GVT resume routine to i915
This patch add gvt resume wrapper into i915_drm_resume().
GVT relies on i915 so resume gvt at last.

V2:
- Direct call into gvt suspend/resume wrapper in intel_gvt.h/intel_gvt.c.
The wrapper and implementation will check and call gvt routine. (zhenyu)

V3:
Refresh.

V4:
Rebase.

V5:
Fail intel_gvt_suspend() if fail to save GGTT.

V6:
Save host entry to per-vGPU gtt.ggtt_mm on each host_entry update so
only need the resume routine.

V7:
Refresh.
