be2109e13f ARM: msm: Move core.h contents into common.h 
No real need to have a separate core.h from the common.h file.  Fold
these two prototypes into the common header file.

c446407c09 ARM: msm: Add DT support for 8960 
Add basic support to boot 8960 with device tree. For now just
support a basic machine with a uart device.
