page_owner_sort was introduced since commit 48c96a368579 ("mm/page_owner:

1363b563a7 tools/vm: add .gitignore to ignore built binaries 
There is no .gitignore in tools/vm, so 'git status' always show built
binaries.  To ignore this, add .gitignore.
