95b56e884a MIPS: Loongson64: Add support for the Loongson-2K1000 to get cpu_clock_freq

a746f50d69 MIPS: Loongson64: Remove dead RTC code 
RTC is now enabled by devicetree. So platform code is
no longer needed.
