The conversion of the spi-imx driver to use GPIO descriptors
in commit 8cdcd8aeee28 ("spi: imx/fsl-lpspi: Convert to GPIO descriptors")
helped to detect the following SPI chipselect polarity mismatch on an
imx6q-sabresd:
[ 4.854337] m25p80@0 enforce active low on chipselect handle
Prior to the above commit, the chipselect polarity passed via cs-gpios
property was ignored and considered active-low.
The reason for such mismatch is clearly explained in the comments inside
drivers/gpio/gpiolib-of.c:
* SPI children have active low chip selects
* by default. This can be specified negatively
* by just omitting "spi-cs-high" in the
* device node, or actively by tagging on
* GPIO_ACTIVE_LOW as flag in the device
* tree. If the line is simultaneously
* tagged as active low in the device tree
* and has the "spi-cs-high" set, we get a
* conflict and the "spi-cs-high" flag will
* take precedence.
To properly represent the SPI chipselect polarity, change it to active-low
when the "spi-cs-high" property is absent.

Avoid LDB and IPU DI clocks both using the same parent. LDB requires
pasthrough clock to avoid breaking timing while IPU DI does not.
Force IPU DI clocks to use IMX6QDL_CLK_PLL2_PFD0_352M as parent
and LDB to use IMX6QDL_CLK_PLL5_VIDEO_DIV.
This fixes an issue where attempting atomic modeset while using
HDMI and display port at the same time causes LDB clock programming
to destroy the programming of HDMI that was done during the same
modeset.

Leave b{4,6}50v3 GPIO expander pca953x pins P05,P10,P11 unconfigured as
they are now used to implement an additional watchdog mechanism in user
space. P10,P11 pins remain unused (and therefore hogged) on b850v3.

For soc level of clocks which are input to Clock Control Module, clock
driver expects them to be under 'clocks' container node. But for board
level clocks, this container is not really necessary. Let's drop it and
use an unique name for fixed rate clock, so that 'reg' property can be
saved as well.

B850v3, B650v3 and B450v3 all have a GPIO bit banged MDIO bus to
communicate with a Marvell switch. On all devices the switch is
connected to a PCI based network card, which needs to be referenced
by DT, so this also adds the common PCI root node.
