38f88732b2 Merge tag 'drm-msm-next-2023-08-20' of https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/drm/msm into drm-next
Updates for v6.6, which includes a backmerge of msm-fixes to avoid conficts.

Core:
- SM6125 MDSS support

DPU:
- SM6125 DPU support
- Added subblocks to display snapshot
- Use UBWC data from MDSS driver rather than duplicating it
- dpu_core_perf cleanup

DSI:
- Enabled burst mode to fix CMD mode panels
- Runtime PM support
- refgen regulator support

DSI PHY:
- SM6125 support in 14nm DSI PHY driver

GPU:
- Rework GPU identification to prepare for a7xx, and other a7xx prep
- Cleanups and fixes
- Disallow legacy relocs on a6xx and newer
- a690: switch to using a660_gmu.bin fw as this is what we have in
linux-firmware and we see no evidence that it should be different
from other a660 family (a6xx subgen 4) devices
- Submit overhead opts, 1.6x faster for NO_IMPLICIT_SYNC commits with
100 BOs to 2.5x faster for 1000 BOs

   - A couple of ARM DTS fixes for i.MX6SLL usbphy and supported CPU
     frequency of sk-imx53 board

   - Add missing pull-up for imx8mn-var-som onboard PHY reset pinmux

     VPU label and gpio-line-names

   - Fix imx8mp-blk-ctrl driver to register HSIO PLL clock as
bus_power_dev child, so that runtime PM can translate into the
     necessary GPC power domain action

On the driver side, there are two fixes for tegra memory controller
drivers addressing regressions from the merge window, a couple of
minor correctness fixes for SCMI and SMCCC firmware, as well as a

As talked about in the patch ("drm/panel: Add a way for other devices
to follow panel state"), touchscreens that are connected to panels are
generally expected to be power sequenced together with the panel
they're attached to. Today, nothing provides information allowing you
to find out that a touchscreen is connected to a panel. Let's add a
phandle for this.

The proerty is added to the generic touchscreen bindings and then
enabled in the bindings for the i2c-hid backed devices. This can and
should be added for other touchscreens in the future, but for now
let's start small.
