The Devicetree bindings document does not have to say in the title that
it is a "Devicetree binding", but instead just describe the hardware.
Drop trailing "Devicetree bindings" in various forms (also with
trailing full stop):

Add the ingenic,jz4760b-codec and ingenic,jz4760-codec compatible
strings.
In the process, convert the previous compatible strings to use an enum
instead.

Convert ingenic,jz4740-codec.txt and ingenic,jz4725b-codec.txt to one
single ingenic,codec.yaml file, since they share the same binding.
Add the ingenic,jz4770-codec compatible string in the process.
