Since commit 1d6cd39293 ("modpost: turn missing MODULE_LICENSE()
into error") the ppc32_allmodconfig build fails with:
ERROR: modpost: missing MODULE_LICENSE() in drivers/net/ethernet/freescale/fs_enet/mii-fec.o
ERROR: modpost: missing MODULE_LICENSE() in drivers/net/ethernet/freescale/fs_enet/mii-bitbang.o
Add the missing MODULE_LICENSEs to fix the build. Both files include a
copyright header indicating they are GPL v2.

This was entirely automated, using the script by Al:
PATT='^[[:blank:]]*#[[:blank:]]*include[[:blank:]]*<asm/uaccess.h>'
sed -i -e "s!$PATT!#include <linux/uaccess.h>!" \
$(git grep -l "$PATT"|grep -v ^include/linux/uaccess.h)
to do the replacement at the end of the merge window.

Have mdio_alloc() create the array of interrupt numbers, and
initialize it to POLLING. This is what most MDIO drivers want, so
allowing code to be removed from the drivers.

of_device_id is always used as const.

fs_enet_fec_mii_reset() does nothing useful and is optional for the MDIO
bus code, so let's just remove it.

None of these files are actually using any __init type directives
and hence don't need to include <linux/init.h>. Most are just a
left over from __devinit and __cpuinit removal, or simply due to
code getting copied from one driver to the next.
This covers everything under drivers/net except for wireless, which
has been submitted separately.

Powerpc is a mess of implicit includes by prom.h. Add the necessary
explicit includes to drivers in preparation of prom.h cleanup.

Use the wrapper functions for getting and setting the driver data using
platform_device instead of using dev_{get,set}_drvdata() with &pdev->dev,
so we can directly pass a struct platform_device.
Also, unnecessary dev_set_drvdata() is removed, because the driver core
clears the driver data to NULL after device_release or on probe failure.
