09fb6d010a watchdog: tqmx86_wdt: Use 'dev' instead of dereferencing it repeatedly 
Introduce local variable 'struct device *dev' and use it instead of
dereferencing it repeatedly.

The conversion was done automatically with coccinelle using the
following semantic patches. The semantic patches and the scripts
used to generate this commit log are available at
https://github.com/groeck/coccinelle-patches

4a22fc534f watchdog: tqmx86: Fix a couple IS_ERR() vs NULL bugs 
These functions return NULL on error but we accidentally check
for IS_ERR() instead.
