3cde5c8c83 x86, mce: initial steps to make 64bit mce code 32bit clean 
Replace unsigned long with u64s if they need to contain 64bit values.

b659294b77 x86, mce: print number of MCE banks 
The number of MCE banks supported by a CPU is a useful number to know,
so print it out during CPU initialization.

	mce_device_initialized	=> mce_dev_initialized
	mce_attribute		=> mce_attrs

3bc258ad87 x86: prepare consolidation of cpu/ related code usage 
Move mce.c to mce_32.c to allow the later move of the x86_64 mce.c
from arch/x86/kernel/ to ...kernel/cpu/mcheck
