6756207a71 V4L/DVB: V4L Doc: correct the documentation for VIDIOC_QUERYMENU 
The VIDIOC_QUERYMENU documentation was not correct. EINVAL can be returned
if the driver does not support some of the menu items. I.e. in a list of
MPEG bitrates a driver generally supports only a subset of these.

This behavior has been in place for years, but was never properly documented.

860553023b V4L/DVB: V4L2 Spec: fix V4L2_CTRL_TYPE_CTRL_CLASS documentation 
The spec says that the control ID for these types of controls is the same
as that of the control class. But it should read: 'control class + 1'.

8e080c2e6c V4L/DVB (12761): DocBook: add media API specs 
The V4L and DVB API's are there for a long time. however, up to now,
no efforts were done to merge them to kernel DocBook.

This patch adds the current versions of the specs as an unique compendium.
