Stephen Boyd	c8cec4f4af	clk: milbeaut: Don't reference clk_init_data after registration ... A future patch is going to change semantics of clk_register() so that clk_hw::init is guaranteed to be NULL after a clk is registered. Avoid referencing this member here so that we don't run into NULL pointer exceptions. Sugaya Taichi	6a6ba5b55a	clock: milbeaut: Add Milbeaut M10V clock controller ... The M10V of the Milbeaut SoCs has an on-chip controller that derive mostly clocks from a single external clock, using PLLs, dividers, multiplexers and gates. Since the PLLs have already been started and will not stop / restart, they are fixed factor. The gates will be added in later patch (all of the gates are off state now).
