ac32e3e5e5 dt-bindings: phy: qcom,qmp-usb: add missing child node schema 
Add the missing the description of the PHY-provider child node which was
ignored when converting to DT schema.

ea5fc4a1ea dt-bindings: phy: add QMP USB PHY schema 
The QMP PHY DT schema is getting unwieldy. Break out the USB PHY
binding in a separate file.
