e0691ebb33 nios2: defconfig: Cleanup from old Kconfig options 
Remove old, dead Kconfig option INET_LRO. It is gone since
commit 7bbf3cae65b6 ("ipv4: Remove inet_lro library").

6e5c8381d1 treewide: Remove remaining executable attributes from source files 
These are the current source files that should not have
executable attributes set.

[ Normally this would be sent through Andrew Morton's tree
  but his quilt tools don't like permission only patches. ]

08441d462e nios2: add Max10 defconfig 
Max10 is a FPGA device. This patch adds defconfig based on Max10 hardware
reference design. Design is intended to run on Max10 development kit.
