Ricardo Cerqueira	4c0f631e14	V4L/DVB (3393): Move all IR keymaps to ir-common module ... - All the keymaps have the same structure, and can be shared between different chips, so it makes no sense having them scattered between the input files. This aggregates them all at ir-common module. - Added new Hauppauge remote (Hauppauge grey), contributed by J.O.
