Since the addition of commit 9b5db05936 ("ASoC: soc-pcm: dpcm: Only allow

While this error was initially reported the axg-card type, it also applies
to the gx-card type.
While initiliazing the links, ASoC treats the codec-to-codec links of this
card type as a DPCM backend. This error eventually leads to the Oops.
Most of the card driver code is shared between DPCM backends and
codec-to-codec links. The property "no_pcm" marking DCPM BE was left set on
codec-to-codec links, leading to this problem. This commit fixes that.

The AIU audio controller on the Meson8 and Meson8b SoC families is
compatible with the one found in the later GXBB family. Add compatible
strings for these two older SoC families so the driver can be loaded for
them.
Instead of using the I2S divider from the AIU_CLK_CTRL_MORE register we
need to use the I2S divider from the AIU_CLK_CTRL register. This older
register is less flexible because it only supports four divider settings
(1, 2, 4, 8) compared to the AIU_CLK_CTRL_MORE register (which supports
dividers in the range 0..64).

Introduce a struct aiu_platform_data to make the driver aware of
platform specific information. Convert the existing check for the
internal stereo audio codec (only available on GXL) to this new struct.
Support for the 32-bit SoCs will need this as well because the
AIU_CLK_CTRL_MORE register doesn't have the I2S divider bits (and we
need to use the I2S divider from AIU_CLK_CTRL instead).

The aiu stored the irq in an unsigned integer which may have discarded an
error returned by platform_get_irq_byname(). This is incorrect and should
have been a signed integer.
Also drop the irq error traces from the probe function as this is already
done by platform_get_irq_byname().

The hdmi routing mechanism used on g12a hdmi is also used:
* other Amlogic SoC types
* for the internal DAC path
Each of these codec glues are slightly different but the idea
behind it remains the same. This change extract some helper functions
from the g12a-tohdmitx driver to make them available for other Amlogic
codecs.

Let the fifo driver parse the fifo depth from DT. Eventually all DT should
have this property. Until it is actually the case, default to 256 bytes if
the property is missing. 256 bytes is the size of the smallest fifo on the
supported SoCs.
On the supported SoC, fifo A is usually bigger than the other ones. With
depth known, we can improve the usage of the fifo and adapt the setup of
request threshold.

On TODDR sm1, the fifo threshold register field is slightly different
compared to the other SoCs. This leads to the fifo A being flushed to
memory every 8kB. If the period is smaller than that, several periods
are pushed to memory and notified at once. This is not ideal.
Fix the register field update. With this, the fifos are flushed every
128B. We could still do better, like adapt the threshold depending on
the period size, but at least it consistent across the different
SoC/fifos

So far, forwarding the hw_params of the input to output relied on the
.hw_params() callback of the cpu side of the codec2codec link to be called
first. This is a bit weak.
Instead, override the stream params of the codec2codec to link to set it up
correctly.
