253f06c7b1 dt-bindings: phy: cadence-torrent: Rename SSC macros to use generic names 
Rename SSC macros to use generic names instead of PHY specific names,
so that they can be used to specify SSC modes for both Torrent and
Sierra. Renaming the macros should not affect the things as these are
not being used in any DTS file yet.

fd7abc3c5b phy: cadence-torrent: Use a common header file for Cadence SERDES 
No functional change. In order to have a single header file for all
Cadence SERDES move phy-cadence-torrent.h to phy-cadence.h. This is
in preparation for adding Cadence Sierra SERDES specific macros.
