5988930027 .gitignore: move *.lex.c *.tab.[ch] patterns to the top-level .gitignore 
These patterns are common to host programs that require lexer and parser.
Move them to the top .gitignore.

36c1681678 genksyms: drop *.hash.c from .gitignore 
This is a left-over of commit bb3290d91695 ("Remove gperf usage from
toolchain").

We do not generate a hash function any more.
