7832dea738 docs: ABI: don't escape ReST-incompatible chars from obsolete and removed 
With just a single fix, the contents there can be parsed properly
without the need to escape any ReST incompatible stuff.

ec15872daa docs: fix broken references with multiple hints 
The script:
	./scripts/documentation-file-ref-check --fix

Gives multiple hints for broken references on some files.
Manually use the one that applies for some files.

fe95046e96 gpio: ABI: mark the sysfs ABI as obsolete 
This marks the (optional) sysfs GPIO ABI as obsolete and schedules
it for removal in 2020.
