46d60bdb12 powerpc: Include asm/firmware.h in all users of firmware_has_feature()
Trying to remove asm/ppc_asm.h from all places that don't need it
leads to several failures linked to firmware_has_feature().

To fix it, include asm/firmware.h in all files using
firmware_has_feature()

All users found with:

	git grep -L "firmware\.h" ` git grep -l "firmware_has_feature("`

dbf77fed8b powerpc: rename powerpc_debugfs_root to arch_debugfs_dir
No functional change in this patch. arch_debugfs_dir is the generic kernel
name declared in linux/debugfs.h for arch-specific debugfs directory.
Architectures like x86/s390 already use the name. Rename powerpc
specific powerpc_debugfs_root to arch_debugfs_dir.

03f3e54abd powerpc/watchpoint: Guest support for 2nd DAWR hcall
2nd DAWR can be set/unset using H_SET_MODE hcall with resource value 5.
Enable powervm guest support with that. This has no effect on kvm guest
because kvm will return error if guest does hcall with resource value 5.

22a214e461 powerpc/watchpoint: Disable all available watchpoints when !dawr_force_enable
Instead of disabling only first watchpoint, disable all available
watchpoints while clearing dawr_force_enable.

Callback function is used only for disabling watchpoint, rename it
to disable_dawrs_cb(). And null_brk parameter is not really required
while disabling watchpoint, remove it.

b57aeab811 powerpc/watchpoint: Fix length calculation for unaligned target
Watchpoint match range is always doubleword(8 bytes) aligned on
powerpc. If the given range is crossing doubleword boundary, we need
to increase the length such that next doubleword also get
covered. Ex,

          address   len = 6 bytes
                |=========.
   |------------v--|------v--------|
   | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | |
   |---------------|---------------|
    <---8 bytes--->

In such case, current code configures hw as:
  start_addr = address & ~HW_BREAKPOINT_ALIGN
  len = 8 bytes

And thus read/write in last 4 bytes of the given range is ignored.
Fix this by including next doubleword in the length.

a278e7ea60 powerpc: Fix compile issue with force DAWR
If you compile with KVM but without CONFIG_HAVE_HW_BREAKPOINT you fail
at linking with:
  arch/powerpc/kvm/book3s_hv_rmhandlers.o:(.text+0x708): undefined reference to `dawr_force_enable'

This was caused by commit c1fe190c0672 ("powerpc: Add force enable of
DAWR on P9 option").

This moves a bunch of code around to fix this. It moves a lot of the
DAWR code in a new file and creates a new CONFIG_PPC_DAWR to enable
compiling it.
