6098ecb426 ARM: spear: Remove init_irq declaration in machine description 
Commit ebafed7a ("ARM: irq: Call irqchip_init if no init_irq function is
specified") removed the need to explictly setup the init_irq field in
the machine description when using only irqchip_init. Remove that
declaration for spear as well.

2b9c613c4e ARM: spear: move generic.h and pl080.h into private dir 
No file outside of mach-spear includes these files any more,
so they don't have to be globally visible now.

a7ed099ffc ARM: spear: move all files to mach-spear 
There are no conflicting files between the three mach-spear* directories
and plat-spear any more, so we can now move all file to a common
mach-spear directory.
