'xgene_msi->bitmap' is a bitmap. So use 'bitmap_zalloc()' to simplify code,
improve the semantic and avoid some open-coded arithmetic in allocator
arguments.
Also change the corresponding 'kfree()' into 'bitmap_free()' to keep
consistency.

devm_ioremap_resource() internally calls __devm_ioremap_resource() which
is where error checking and handling is actually taking place. i
Therefore, the dev_err() call in xgene_msi_probe() is redundant.
Remove it.

Wherever possible, replace constructs that match either
generic_handle_irq(irq_find_mapping()) or
generic_handle_irq(irq_linear_revmap()) to a single call to
generic_handle_domain_irq().

Fix a race where a pending interrupt could be received and the handler
called before the handler's data has been setup, by converting to
irq_set_chained_handler_and_data().
See also 2cf5a03cb2 ("PCI/keystone: Fix race in installing chained IRQ
handler").
Based on the mail discussion, it seems ok to drop the error handling.

The value assigned to msi_val after the inner loop finishes its run is
never used for anything, and it is also immediately overridden in the
line that follows with the return value from the xgene_msi_int_read()
function.
Since the value of msi_val following the inner loop completion is never
used in any meaningful way the assignment can be removed.

Native PCI drivers for root complex devices were originally all in
drivers/pci/host/. Some of these devices can also be operated in endpoint
mode. Drivers for endpoint mode didn't seem to fit in the "host"
directory, so we put both the root complex and endpoint drivers in
per-device directories, e.g., drivers/pci/dwc/, drivers/pci/cadence/, etc.
These per-device directories contain trivial Kconfig and Makefiles and
clutter drivers/pci/. Make a new drivers/pci/controllers/ directory and
collect all the device-specific drivers there.
No functional change intended.
