c7a291dbbc pinctrl: qcom: Remove the msm_function struct 
Remove the msm_function struct to reuse the generic pinfunction
struct. Also, define a generic PINFUNCTION macro that can be used across
qcom target specific pinctrl files to avoid code repetition.

ef0beba1a5 pinctrl: qcom: sm6350: fix order of UFS & SDC pins 
In other places the SDC and UFS pins have been swapped but this was
missed in the PINCTRL_PIN definitions. Fix that.
