fix the following 'make headers_check' warning:
usr/include/asm/e820.h:44: found __[us]{8,16,32,64} type without #include <linux/types.h>

Change header guards named "ASM_X86__*" to "_ASM_X86_*" since:
a. the double underscore is ugly and pointless.
b. no leading underscore violates namespace constraints.
