Simplifies the code so that all VCN versions will get the firmware
name from `amdgpu_ucode_ip_version_decode` and then use this filename
to load microcode as part of the early_init process.

root cause that S2A need to use deduct offset flag.
after setting this flag, vcn0 doorbell value works.
so return it as before

entity. Cleanup the coding style quite a bit as well.

There is no point in returning an int here. It only returns 0 which
the caller never uses. Therefore return void and remove the unnecessary
assignment.
