f0892b89e3 [PATCH] pcmcia: Add macro to match PCMCIA cards by numeric ID and first vendor string 
This is needed to distinguish Intersil and non-Intersil cards with
numeric ID 0x0156, 0x0002.

ea7b38825b [PATCH] pcmcia: match for fake CIS 
Add another match flag for devices needing a CIS override.  The driver will
only probe/attach if the CIS has been replaced before.
