Add documentation for the pin controller found on the Renesas RZ/G3S
(R9A08G045) SoC. Compared to RZ/G2{L,UL}, RZ/G3S has 82 general-purpose
IOs, no slew rate and output impedance support, and more values for
drive strength which needs to be expressed in microamp.

Just as unevaluatedProperties or additionalProperties are required at
the top level of schemas, they should (and will) also be required for
child node schemas. That ensures only documented properties are
present for any node.

'phandle' properties are implicitly supported on all nodes, so it
shouldn't be listed in schemas.
dtschema had a bug where 'phandle' and other implicit properties weren't
being added under 'additionalProperties' schemas. That was fixed in
v2023.07 release.

RZ/Five SoC is pin compatible with RZ/G2UL (Type 1) SoC. This patch
updates the comment to include RZ/Five SoC so that we make it clear
"renesas,r9a07g043-pinctrl" compatible string will be used for RZ/Five
SoC.

Document Renesas RZ/V2L pinctrl bindings. The RZ/V2L SoC is package-
and pin-compatible with RZ/G2L. No driver changes are required as the
RZ/G2L compatible string "renesas,r9a07g044-pinctrl" will be used as a
fallback.

RZ/G2L SoC has two groups of pins, Group-A and Group-B. RZ/G2L SoC supports
configuring Output Impedance for Group-B pins (valid values 33/50/66/100).
