26ff776d1d [SCSI] qla2xxx: Sparse cleanups in qla_mid.c 
Make several needlessly global functions static:
- qla2x00_mark_vp_devices_dead()
- qla24xx_configure_vp()

Remove unused function qla24xx_modify_vport().

2c3dfe3f6a [SCSI] qla2xxx: add support for NPIV 
Following patch adds support for NPIV (N-Port ID Virtualization) to the
qla2xxx.

- supported within switched-fabric topologies only.
- supports up to 63 virtual ports on each physical port.
