99c1790e5b net: Remove NO_IRQ from powerpc-only network drivers
We'd like to eventually remove NO_IRQ on powerpc, so remove usages of it
from powerpc-only drivers.

8572763af4 net: fs_enet: merge NAPI RX and NAPI TX
Initially, a NAPI TX routine has been implemented separately from
NAPI RX, as done on the freescale/gianfar driver.

By merging NAPI RX and NAPI TX, we reduce the amount of TX completion
interrupts.

Handling of the budget in association with TX interrupts is based on
indications provided at https://wiki.linuxfoundation.org/networking/napi
We never proceed more than the complete TX ring on a single run.

At the same time, we fix an issue in the handling of fep->tx_free:

It is only when fep->tx_free goes up to MAX_SKB_FRAGS that
we need to wake up the queue. There is no need to call
netif_wake_queue() at every packet successfully transmitted.

c1c511a275 net: ethernet: fs-enet: use phydev from struct net_device
The private structure contain a pointer to phydev, but the structure
net_device already contain such pointer. So we can remove the pointer
phydev in the private structure, and update the driver to use the
one contained in struct net_device.

426f04684b 82xx: FCC: Fixing a bug causing to FCC port lock-up (second try)
This is an additional patch to the one already submitted recently.
The previous patch was not complete, and the FCC port lock-up scenario
has been reproduced in lab.
I had an opportunity to check the current patch in lab and the FCC
port lock no longer freezes, while the previous patch still locks-up the
FCC port.
The current patch fixes a pointer arithmetic bug (second bug in the same
line), which leads FCC port lock-up during underrun/collision handling.
Within the tx_startup() function in mac-fcc.c, the address of last BD is
not calculated correctly. As a result of wrong calculation of the last BD
address, the next transmitted BD may be set to an area out of the transmit
BD ring. This actually causes to port lock-up and it is not recoverable.

7b4ecf39a2 net: fs_enet: error: 'SCCE_ENET_TXF' undeclared
[linux-devel:devel-hourly-2014100909 3763/3915] drivers/net/ethernet/freescale/fs_enet/mac-scc.c:119:32: error: 'SCCE_ENET_TXF' undeclared

Due to patch d43a396 net: fs_enet: Add NAPI TX, it appears that some target
compilations are broken.
This is due to the fact that unlike the FEC, the SCC and FCC don't have a TXF
event (complete Frame transmitted) but only TXB (buffer transmitted).

d43a396af0 net: fs_enet: Add NAPI TX
When using a MPC8xx as a router, 'perf' shows a significant time spent in
fs_enet_interrupt() and fs_enet_start_xmit().
'perf annotate' shows that the time spent in fs_enet_start_xmit is indeed spent
between spin_unlock_irqrestore() and the following instruction, hence in
interrupt handling. This is due to the TX complete interrupt that fires after
each transmitted packet.
This patch modifies the handling of TX complete to use NAPI.
With this patch, my NAT router offers a throughput improved by 21%

Original performance:

[root@localhost tmp]# scp toto pgs:/tmp
toto 100% 256MB 2.8MB/s 01:31

Performance with the patch:

[root@localhost tmp]# scp toto pgs:/tmp
toto 100% 256MB 3.4MB/s 01:16

a81ab36bf5 drivers/net: delete non-required instances of include <linux/init.h>
None of these files are actually using any __init type directives
and hence don't need to include <linux/init.h>. Most are just a
left over from __devinit and __cpuinit removal, or simply due to
code getting copied from one driver to the next.

This covers everything under drivers/net except for wireless, which
has been submitted separately.
