3e4dabacf9 counter/ftm-quaddec: Use device-managed registration API 
Make use of devm_counter_register.
Then we can remove redundant unregistration API
usage to make code simpler.

a3b9a99980 counter: add FlexTimer Module Quadrature decoder counter driver 
This driver exposes the counter for the quadrature decoder of the
FlexTimer Module, present in the LS1021A soc.
