7431b7835f dm: add clone target
Add the dm-clone target, which allows cloning of arbitrary block
devices.

dm-clone produces a one-to-one copy of an existing, read-only source
device into a writable destination device: It presents a virtual block
device which makes all data appear immediately, and redirects reads and
writes accordingly.

The main use case of dm-clone is to clone a potentially remote,
high-latency, read-only, archival-type block device into a writable,
fast, primary-type device for fast, low-latency I/O. The cloned device
is visible/mountable immediately and the copy of the source device to
the destination device happens in the background, in parallel with user
I/O.

When the cloning completes, the dm-clone table can be removed altogether
and be replaced, e.g., by a linear table, mapping directly to the
destination device.

f47fdb855d dt-bindings: mmc: sdhci-of-aspeed: Update example ranges property
The example node in the binding uses the AST2500 compatible string for
the SD controller with a 64kiB ranges property, but the SD controller is
allocated 128kiB of MMIO space according to the AST2500 datasheet. Fix
the example to correctly reflect the hardware in the AST2500, however it
should be noted that the MMIO region is reduced to 64kiB in the AST2600
where a second SD controller block has been introduced into the address
space.

Also add the IBM copyright header that I left out of the initial patch.

e5e04d0519 iommu/vt-d: Check whether device requires bounce buffer
This adds a helper to check whether a device needs to
use bounce buffer. It also provides a boot time option
to disable the bounce buffer. Users can use this to

da04c425e9 gpio: aspeed: Update documentation with ast2600 controllers
The ast2600 is a new generation of SoC from ASPEED. Similarly to the
ast2400 and ast2500, it has a GPIO controller for it's 3.3V GPIO pins.
Additionally, it has a GPIO controller for 36 1.8V GPIO pins.  We use
the ngpio property to differentiate between these controllers.

Userspace can use ioctl KVM_SET_MSRS to update a set of MSRs of guest.
This ioctl set specified MSRs one by one. If it fails to set an MSR,
e.g., due to setting reserved bits, the MSR is not supported/emulated by
KVM, etc..., it stops processing the MSR list and returns the number of
MSRs have been set successfully.

Add support for the 'fw_load_policy' devlink parameter. The FW load
policy is controlled by the 'app_fw_from_flash' hwinfo key.

Remap the values from devlink to the hwinfo key and back.

This adds the documentation to the compatible regulator-fixed-clock.
This binding is a special binding of regulator-fixed and adds the
ability to add a clock to regulator-fixed, so the regulator can be
enabled and disabled with that clock. If the special compatible
regulator-fixed-clock is used it is mandatory to supply a clock.

cb9b55d21f modpost: add support for symbol namespaces
Add support for symbols that are exported into namespaces. For that,
extract any namespace suffix from the symbol name. In addition, emit a
warning whenever a module refers to an exported symbol without
explicitly importing the namespace that it is defined in. This patch
consistently adds the namespace suffix to symbol names exported into
Module.symvers.

Example warning emitted by modpost in case of the above violation:

 WARNING: module ums-usbat uses symbol usb_stor_resume from namespace
 USB_STORAGE, but does not import it.

92f35b751c KVM: arm/arm64: vgic: Allow more than 256 vcpus for KVM_IRQ_LINE
While parts of the VGIC support a large number of vcpus (we
bravely allow up to 512), other parts are more limited.

One of these limits is visible in the KVM_IRQ_LINE ioctl, which
only allows 256 vcpus to be signalled when using the CPU or PPI
types. Unfortunately, we've cornered ourselves badly by allocating
all the bits in the irq field.

Since the irq_type subfield (8 bit wide) is currently only taking
the values 0, 1 and 2 (and we have been careful not to allow anything
else), let's reduce this field to only 4 bits, and allocate the
remaining 4 bits to a vcpu2_index, which acts as a multiplier:

  vcpu_id = 256 * vcpu2_index + vcpu_index

With that, and a new capability (KVM_CAP_ARM_IRQ_LINE_LAYOUT_2)
allowing this to be discovered, it becomes possible to inject
PPIs to up to 4096 vcpus. But please just don't.

Whilst we're there, add a clarification about the use of KVM_IRQ_LINE
on arm, which is not completely conditionned by KVM_CAP_IRQCHIP.
