9c477032f7 net: aquantia: add support for PIN funcs
Depending on FW configuration we can manage from 0 to 3 PINs for periodic output
and from 0 to 1 ext ts PIN for getting TS for external event.

Ext TS PIN functionality is implemented via periodic timestamps polling
directly from PHY, because right now there is now way to receive the
PIN trigger interrupt from phy.

The polling interval is 15 milliseconds.

We implement HW filter reservation for PTP traffic. Special location
in filters table is marked as reserved, because incoming ptp traffic
should be directed only to PTP designated queue. This way HW will do PTP

5c47e3ba6f net: aquantia: linkstate irq should be oneshot
Declaring threaded irq handler should also indicate the irq is
oneshot. It is oneshot indeed, because HW implements irq automasking
on trigger.

Not declaring this causes some kernel configurations to fail
on interface up, because request_threaded_irq returned an err code.

The issue was originally hidden on normal x86_64 configuration with
latest kernel, because depending on interrupt controller, irq driver
added ONESHOT flag on its own.

Issue was observed on older kernels (4.14) where no such logic exists.

48dd73d08d net: aquantia: fix vlans not working over bridged network
In configuration of vlan over bridge over aquantia device
it was found that vlan tagged traffic is dropped on chip.

The reason is that bridge device enables promisc mode,

The solution is to track in a separate state variable the
need of vlan forced promisc. And also consider generic

46f4c29d9d net: aquantia: optimize rx performance by page reuse strategy
We introduce internal aq_rxpage wrapper over regular page
where extra field is tracked: rxpage offset inside of allocated page.

This offset allows to reuse one page for multiple packets.
When needed (for example with large frames processing), allocated

a09bd81b54 net: aquantia: Limit number of vectors to actually allocated irqs
Driver should use pci_alloc_irq_vectors return value to correct number
of allocated vectors and napi instances. Otherwise it'll panic later
in pci_irq_vector.

Driver also should allow more than one MSI vectors to be allocated.

Error return path from pci_alloc_irq_vectors is also fixed to revert
resources in a correct sequence when error happens.

8c61ab7f11 net: aquantia: driver should correctly declare vlan_features bits
In particular, not reporting SG forced skbs to be linear for vlan
interfaces over atlantic NIC.

With this fix it is possible to enable SG feature on device and
therefore optimize performance.

9a11aff25f net: aquantia: oops when shutdown on already stopped device
In case netdev is closed at the moment of pci shutdown, aq_nic_stop
gets called second time. napi_disable in that case hangs indefinitely.
In other case, if device was never opened at all, we get oops because
of null pointer access.

We should invoke aq_nic_stop conditionally, only if device is running
at the moment of shutdown.

90869ddfef net: aquantia: Implement pci shutdown callback
We should close link and all NIC operations during shutdown.
On some systems graceful reboot never closes NIC interface on its own,
but only indicates pci device shutdown. Without explicit handler, NIC
rx rings continued to transfer DMA data into prepared buffers while CPU
rebooted already. That caused memory corruptions on soft reboot.

23ee07ad3c net: aquantia: Cleanup pci functions module
Driver contained a dead code of maintaining multiple pci port instances.
That will never be used since for each pci function a separate NIC
instance is created.
Simplify this, making pci module only responsible for pci resource
management.
NIC initialization is also simplified accordingly.
