32ec99f872 media: aspeed: Drop unnecessary error check for debugfs_create_file()
debugfs_create_file() return ERR_PTR and never return NULL.

When calling debugfs functions, there is no need to ever check the
return value. The function can work or not, but the code logic should
never do something different based on this.

c281355068 media: aspeed: Fix memory overwrite if timing is 1600x900
When capturing 1600x900, system could crash when system memory usage is
tight.

The way to reproduce this issue:
1. Use 1600x900 to display on host
2. Mount ISO through 'Virtual media' on OpenBMC's web
3. Run script as below on host to do sha continuously
  #!/bin/bash
  while [ [1] ];
  do
	find /media -type f -printf '"%h/%f"\n' | xargs sha256sum
  done
4. Open KVM on OpenBMC's web

The size of macro block captured is 8x8. Therefore, we should make sure
the height of src-buf is 8 aligned to fix this issue.

7c7e33b799 media: Explicitly include correct DT includes
The DT of_device.h and of_platform.h date back to the separate
of_platform_bus_type before it as merged into the regular platform bus.
As part of that merge prepping Arm DT support 13 years ago, they
"temporarily" include each other. They also include platform_device.h
and of.h. As a result, there's a pretty much random mix of those include
files used throughout the tree. In order to detangle these headers and
replace the implicit includes with struct declarations, users need to
explicitly include the correct includes.

399e00180b media: aspeed-video: Convert to platform remove callback returning void
The .remove() callback for a platform driver returns an int which makes
many driver authors wrongly assume it's possible to do error handling by
returning an error code. However the value returned is (mostly) ignored
and this typically results in resource leaks. To improve here there is a
quest to make the remove callback return void. In the first step of this
quest all drivers are converted to .remove_new() which already returns
void.

Trivially convert this driver from always returning zero in the remove
callback to the void returning variant.

d4b9fd006f media: aspeed: Support aspeed mode to reduce compressed data
aspeed supports differential jpeg format which only compress the parts
which are changed. In this way, it reduces both the amount of data to be
transferred by network and those to be decoded on the client side.

2 new ctrls are added:
* Aspeed HQ Mode: to control aspeed's high quality(2-pass) compression mode
  This only works with yuv444 subsampling.
* Aspeed HQ Quality: to control the quality of aspeed's HQ mode
  only useful if Aspeed HQ mode is enabled

Aspeed JPEG Format requires an additional buffer, called bcd, to store
the information about which macro block in the new frame is different
from the previous one.

To have bcd correctly working, we need to swap the buffers for src0/1 to
make src1 refer to previous frame and src0 to the coming new frame.

310fda622b media: aspeed: Fix an error handling path in aspeed_video_probe()
A dma_free_coherent() call is missing in the error handling path of the
probe, as already done in the remove function.

In fact, this call is included in aspeed_video_free_buf(). So use the
latter both in the error handling path of the probe and in the remove
function.
It is easier to see the relation with aspeed_video_alloc_buf() this way.

9958d30f38 media: Kconfig: cleanup VIDEO_DEV dependencies
media Kconfig has two entries associated to V4L API:
VIDEO_DEV and VIDEO_V4L2.

On Kernel 2.6.x, there were two V4L APIs, each one with its own flag.
VIDEO_DEV were meant to:
	1) enable Video4Linux and make its Kconfig options to appear;
	2) it makes the Kernel build the V4L core.

while VIDEO_V4L2 where used to distinguish between drivers that
implement the newer API and drivers that implemented the former one.

With time, such meaning changed, specially after the removal of
all V4L version 1 drivers.

At the current implementation, VIDEO_DEV only does (1): it enables
the media options related to V4L, that now has:

	menu "Video4Linux options"
		visible if VIDEO_DEV

	source "drivers/media/v4l2-core/Kconfig"
	endmenu

but it doesn't affect anymore the V4L core drivers.

The rationale is that the V4L2 core has a "soft" dependency
at the I2C bus, and now requires to select a number of other
Kconfig options:

	config VIDEO_V4L2
		tristate
		depends on (I2C || I2C=n) && VIDEO_DEV
		select RATIONAL
		select VIDEOBUF2_V4L2 if VIDEOBUF2_CORE
		default (I2C || I2C=n) && VIDEO_DEV

In the past, merging them would be tricky, but it seems that it is now
possible to merge those symbols, in order to simplify V4L dependencies.

Let's keep VIDEO_DEV, as this one is used on some make *defconfig
configurations.
