27372bf5fa enic: driver/firmware API updates 
Add driver/firmware compatibility check.
Update firmware notify cmd to honor notify area size.
Add new version of init cmd.
Add link_down_cnt to notify area to track link down count.

7c510e4b73 net: convert more to %pM 
A number of places still use %02x:...:%02x because it's
in debug statements or for no real reason. Make a few
of them use %pM.
