6e59419fd0 phy: sunplus: Fix an IS_ERR() vs NULL bug in sp_usb_phy_probe 
The devm_ioremap() function returns NULL on error, it doesn't return
error pointers.

677c577e17 phy: usb: sunplus: Fix return value check in update_disc_vol() 
In case of error, the function nvmem_cell_read() returns ERR_PTR()
and never returns NULL. The NULL test in the return value check
should be replaced with IS_ERR().
