The DT of_device.h and of_platform.h date back to the separate
of_platform_bus_type before it as merged into the regular platform bus.
As part of that merge prepping Arm DT support 13 years ago, they
"temporarily" include each other. They also include platform_device.h
and of.h. As a result, there's a pretty much random mix of those include
files used throughout the tree. In order to detangle these headers and
replace the implicit includes with struct declarations, users need to
explicitly include the correct includes.

Performing the 'unbind' operation on pinctrl drivers is
not a sensible usecase, so pass the suppress_bind_attrs
atribute to prevent it.

The Kconfig currently controlling compilation of this code is:
drivers/pinctrl/freescale/Kconfig:config PINCTRL_IMX35
drivers/pinctrl/freescale/Kconfig: bool "IMX35 pinctrl driver"
...meaning that it currently is not being built as a module by anyone.
Lets remove the modular code that is essentially orphaned, so that
when reading the driver there is no doubt it is builtin-only.
Since module_init was not in use by this driver, the init ordering
remains unchanged with this commit.
We also delete the MODULE_LICENSE tag etc. since all that information
is already contained at the top of the file in the comments.
