c13ad4f26b arm64: dts: rockchip: Fix UART pull-ups on rk3328

For UARTs, the local pull-ups should be on the RX pin, not the TX pin.
UARTs transmit active-low, so a disconnected RX pin should be pulled
high instead of left floating to prevent noise being interpreted as
transmissions.

This gets rid of bogus sysrq events when the UART console is not
connected.

4da6c1af4d arm64: dts: exynos: Correct psci compatible used on Exynos7

It's not possible to reboot or poweroff Exynos7420 using PSCI. Instead
we need to use syscon reboot/poweroff drivers, like it's done for other
Exynos SoCs. This was confirmed by checking vendor source and testing it
on Samsung Galaxy S6 device based on this SoC.

To be able to use custom restart/poweroff handlers instead of PSCI
functions, we need to correct psci compatible. This also requires us to
provide function ids for CPU_ON and CPU_OFF.

36cfba099f arm64: dts: exynos: Include common syscon restart/poweroff for Exynos7

Exynos7 uses the same syscon reboot and poweroff nodes as other Exynos
SoCs, so instead of duplicating code we can just include common dtsi
file, which already contains definitions of them. After this change,
poweroff node will be also available, previously this dts file did
contain only reboot node.

217f50dd94 arm64: dts: rockchip: Assign a fixed index to mmc devices on rk3399 boards.

Recently introduced async probe on mmc devices can shuffle block IDs.
Pin them to fixed values to ease booting in environments where UUIDs
are not practical. Use newly introduced aliases for mmcblk devices from [1].

5f86796e5b arm64: dts: allwinner: a64: bananapi-m64: Enable RGMII RX/TX delay on PHY

The Ethernet PHY on the Bananapi M64 has the RX and TX delays
enabled on the PHY, using pull-ups on the RXDLY and TXDLY pins.

Fix the phy-mode description to correct reflect this so that the
implementation doesn't reconfigure the delays incorrectly. This
happened with commit bbc4d71d63 ("net: phy: realtek: fix rtl8211e
rx/tx delay config").

69bad74c82 arm64: dts: allwinner: a64: Pine64 Plus: Fix ethernet node

According to board schematic, PHY provides both, RX and TX delays.
However, according to "fix" Realtek provided for this board, only TX
delay should be provided by PHY.
Tests show that both variants work but TX only PHY delay works
slightly better.

Update ethernet node to reflect the fact that PHY provides TX delay.

779d3e3039 arm64: dts: marvell: espressobin: Add ethernet switch aliases
commit b64d814257 upstream.

Espressobin boards have 3 ethernet ports and some of them got assigned more
then one MAC address. MAC addresses are stored in U-Boot environment.

Since commit a2c7023f70 ("net: dsa: read mac address from DT for slave
device") kernel can use MAC addresses from DT for particular DSA port.

Currently Espressobin DTS file contains alias just for ethernet0.

This patch defines additional ethernet aliases in Espressobin DTS files, so
bootloader can fill correct MAC address for DSA switch ports if more MAC
addresses were specified.

DT alias ethernet1 is used for wan port, DT aliases ethernet2 and ethernet3
are used for lan ports for both Espressobin revisions (V5 and V7).

DT binding permits only one compatible string which was decribed in past by
commit 63cab195bf ("i2c: removed work arounds in i2c driver for Zynq
Ultrascale+ MPSoC").
The commit aea37006e1 ("dt-bindings: i2c: cadence: Migrate i2c-cadence
documentation to YAML") has converted binding to yaml and the following
issues is reported:

347fa54560 arm64: dts: qcom: msm8916: Fix MDP/DSI interrupts

The mdss node sets #interrupt-cells = <1>, so its interrupts
should be referenced using a single cell (in this case: only the
interrupt number).

However, right now the mdp/dsi node both have two interrupt cells
set, e.g. interrupts = <4 0>. The 0 is probably meant to say
IRQ_TYPE_NONE (= 0), but with #interrupt-cells = <1> this is
actually interpreted as a second interrupt line.

Remove the IRQ flags from both interrupts to fix this.

6646242f8a arm64: dts: qcom: pm8916: Remove invalid reg size from wcd_codec

Tha parent node of "wcd_codec" specifies #address-cells = <1>
and #size-cells = <0>, which means that each resource should be
described by one cell for the address and size omitted.

However, wcd_codec currently lists 0x200 as second cell (probably
the size of the resource). When parsing this would be treated like
another memory resource - which is entirely wrong.

To quote the device tree specification [1]:
  "If the parent node specifies a value of 0 for #size-cells,
   the length field in the value of reg shall be omitted."

The original qcom kernel changed the PDM GPIOs to be pull-down
during sleep at some point. Reportedly this was done because
there was some "leakage at PDM outputs during sleep":

I cannot say how effective this is, but everything seems to work
fine with this change so let's apply the same to mainline just

605614ea43 arm64: dts: exynos: Fix silent hang after boot on Espresso

Once regulators are disabled after kernel boot, on Espresso board silent
hang observed because of LDO7 being disabled.  LDO7 actually provide
power to CPU cores and non-cpu blocks circuitries.  Keep this regulator
always-on to fix this hang.

3b1712152c arm64: dts: qcom: msm8916: Replace invalid bias-pull-none property

msm8916-pins.dtsi specifies "bias-pull-none" for most of the audio
pin configurations. This was likely copied from the qcom kernel fork
where the same property was used for these audio pins.

However, "bias-pull-none" actually does not exist at all - not in
mainline and not in downstream. I can only guess that the original
intention was to configure "no pull", i.e. bias-disable.

Change it to that instead.

So bring this in line and make both properties match, similar to the
other Rockchip board.

c9004fb171 arm64: tegra: Fix ethernet phy-mode for Jetson Xavier

The 'phy-mode' property is currently defined as 'rgmii' for Jetson
Xavier. This indicates that the RGMII RX and TX delays are set by the
MAC and the internal delays set by the PHY are not used.

If the Marvell PHY driver is enabled, such that it is used and not the
generic PHY, ethernet failures are seen (DHCP is failing to obtain an
IP address) and this is caused because the Marvell PHY driver is
disabling the internal RX and TX delays. For Jetson Xavier the internal
PHY RX and TX delay should be used and so fix this by setting the
'phy-mode' to 'rgmii-id' and not 'rgmii'.

ff4aedbbdd arm64: dts: rockchip: swap interrupts interrupt-names rk3399 gpu node

Dts files with Rockchip rk3399 'gpu' nodes were manually verified.
In order to automate this process arm,mali-midgard.txt
has been converted to yaml. In the new setup dtbs_check with
arm,mali-midgard.yaml expects interrupts and interrupt-names values
in the same order. Fix this for rk3399.

The correct setting for the RGMII ports on LS1046ARDB is to
enable delay on both Rx and Tx so the interface mode used must
be PHY_INTERFACE_MODE_RGMII_ID.

Since commit 1b3047b520 ("net: phy: realtek: add support for
configuring the RX delay on RTL8211F") the Realtek 8211F PHY driver
has control over the RGMII RX delay and it is disabling it for
RGMII_TXID. The LS1046ARDB uses two such PHYs in RGMII_ID mode but
in the device tree the mode was described as "rgmii".

Changing the phy-connection-type to "rgmii-id" to address the issue.

1dca9e9371 arm64: dts: qcom: msm8996: Disable USB2 PHY suspend by core

QUSB2 PHY on msm8996 doesn't work well when autosuspend by
dwc3 core using USB2PHYCFG register is enabled. One of the
issue seen is that PHY driver reports PLL lock failure and
fails phy_init() if dwc3 core has USB2 PHY suspend enabled.
Fix this by using quirks to disable USB2 PHY LPM/suspend and
dwc3 core already takes care of explicitly suspending PHY
during suspend if quirks are specified.

8f1046b33f arm64: dts: allwinner: H6: Add PMU mode

Add the Performance Monitoring Unit (PMU) device tree node to the H6
.dtsi, which tells DT users which interrupts are triggered by PMU
overflow events on each core. The numbers come from the manual and have
been checked in U-Boot and with perf in Linux.

Tested with perf record and taskset on a Pine H64.

1f3b1614c2 arm64: kbuild: remove compressed images on 'make ARCH=arm64 (dist)clean'

Since v4.3-rc1 commit 0723c05fb7 ("arm64: enable more compressed
Image formats"), it is possible to build Image.{bz2,lz4,lzma,lzo}
AArch64 images. However, the commit missed adding support for removing
those images on 'make ARCH=arm64 (dist)clean'.

Fix this by adding them to the target list.
Make sure to match the order of the recipes in the makefile.

7734f04075 arm64: dts: juno: Fix UART frequency

Older versions of the Juno *SoC* TRM [1] recommended that the UART clock
source should be 7.2738 MHz, whereas the *system* TRM [2] stated a more
correct value of 7.3728 MHz. Somehow the wrong value managed to end up in
our DT.

Doing a prime factorisation, a modulo divide by 115200 and trying
to buy a 7.2738 MHz crystal at your favourite electronics dealer suggest
that the old value was actually a typo. The actual UART clock is driven
by a PLL, configured via a parameter in some board.txt file in the
firmware, which reads 7.37 MHz (sic!).

Fix this to correct the baud rate divisor calculation on the Juno board.

ae8ff9c564 arm64: dts: renesas: ebisu: Remove renesas, no-ether-link property

It is incorrect to specify the no-ether-link property for the AVB device on
the Ebisu board. This is because the property should only be used when a
board does not provide a proper AVB_LINK signal. However, the Ebisu board
does provide this signal.

As per 87c059e9c3 ("arm64: dts: renesas: salvator-x: Remove renesas,
no-ether-link property") this fixes a bug:

    Steps to reproduce:
    - start AVB TX stream (Using aplay via MSE),
    - disconnect+reconnect the eth cable,
    - after a reconnection the eth connection goes iteratively up/down
      without user interaction,
    - this may heal after some seconds or even stay for minutes.

    As the documentation specifies, the "renesas,no-ether-link" option
    should be used when a board does not provide a proper AVB_LINK signal.
    There is no need for this option enabled on RCAR H3/M3 Salvator-X/XS
    and ULCB starter kits since the AVB_LINK is correctly handled by HW.

    Choosing to keep or remove the "renesas,no-ether-link" option will have
    impact on the code flow in the following ways:
    - keeping this option enabled may lead to unexpected behavior since the
      RX & TX are enabled/disabled directly from adjust_link function
      without any HW interrogation,
    - removing this option, the RX & TX will only be enabled/disabled after
      HW interrogation. The HW check is made through the LMON pin in PSR
      register which specifies AVB_LINK signal value (0 - at low level;
      1 - at high level).

    In conclusion, the present change is also a safety improvement because
    it removes the "renesas,no-ether-link" option leading to a proper way
    of detecting the link state based on HW interrogation and not on
    software heuristic.
