The current code assumes the data-lanes property is configured on the DSI host side instead of the bridge side, and assumes DSI host endpoint 1. Let's standardize on what the other bridge drivers are doing and parse the data-lanes property for the bridge. Only if data-lanes property is not found, let's be nice and also check the DSI host for old dtb in use and warn. And as Dmitry pointed out, the lanes for the host and the bridge may be different because the lanes may be swapped on the host side. Linux kernel ============ There are several guides for kernel developers and users. These guides can be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or ``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at: https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/ There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory, several of them using the reStructuredText markup notation. Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
