Gaosheng Cui 9634b371b6 staging: wlan-ng: remove unused p80211wext_handler_def declaration 
p80211wext_handler_def has been removed since
commit cb3126e60ffc ("Staging: wlan-ng: Switch from wext
to cfg80211"), so remove it.

Kroah-Hartman <greg@kroah.com> and don't bother the upstream wireless
kernel developers about it, they want nothing to do with it.
